Job Description

  • Proactively feed market intelligence for business planning processes.
  • Carry out market research, competitors and customer surveys to identify market potential and market development activities.
  • To provide feedback to the management on market sentiment and customer reviews.
  • Handling customer complaints independently which follow the company SOP.
  • Maintaining relationships with all clients by making regular communications, understanding their business needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Provide sales reports and analyse monthly revenue and report customer's movements.
  • Enable Initiate, discuss and negotiate with potential business partner for business collaboration.
  • To provide support in products development and branding.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet sales target, and deliver sales growth consistently.
  • Enable to review and expand the business activities.
  • Able to prepare complete set of PPT and enable to do presentation to approach targeted user.
  • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
  • To posses a Degree in Marketing/ International Business or anything similar
  • Candidate is preferred to be charismatic to build good rapport with new and existing clientele.
  • Must be a team-player, self motivated, independant, good presentation skills and communation skills.
  • Availability to start work immediately is an added advantage.
  • Must be willing to work in Puchong.
