Responsibilities
- Respond to stockist and mobile stockist inquiries and complaints via email, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Handle and process orders from stockists through the company website (E-world), Online Billing System (OBS), and WhatsApp.
- Plan and implement effective strategies to increase stockist sales.
- Update and maintain the latest stockist information accurately.
- Collect testimonials and feedback from stockists and mobile stockists.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, processes, and strategies in daily stockist and mobile stockist operations to achieve quality results.
- Prepare sales and stockist/mobile stockist database reports.
- Manage and follow up on stockist and mobile stockist inquiries.
- Collaborate with the superior on product launches and sales strategies.
- Inform stockists and mobile stockists about ongoing promotions to encourage purchases and increase sales.
Requirements
- Diploma or Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration or Communications or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple challenges and task concurrently.
- Command of office tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is necessary.
- Good interpersonal relationship and social skill.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Have working experience in sales/customer service position will be advantages.
