Business Development Executive (Engineering/Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Explore market for business opportunities and generate new leads
• Provide competitive and accurate quotations, and follow up on quotations, sales and deliveries
• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and expectations
• Promote long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients through client and site visits
• Engage and promote company business
• Constantly review competitiveness of the company
• Provide reports to management on sales forecast and analysis
• Any other responsibilities assigned by Management

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of business development / sales experience in construction or other engineering fields (e.g. Civil & Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Oil & Gas)
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Willing to travel for client and site visits
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, hardworking, result-oriented and self-motivated

Added Advantage:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, etc.)
• Able to speak and read/write Chinese (to liaise with Chinese-speaking clients/suppliers)
• Basic knowledge of ISO 9001
