Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong, positive relationships with G2G partners and sellers
- Conduct regular check-ins, engage in business reviews, and provide actionable feedback
- Ensure high partner satisfaction and retention while identifying opportunities for deeper collaboration
Quality Control
- Audit seller accounts, banners, and listings to ensure compliance with G2G policies
- Raise quality alerts and work with sellers or internal teams to implement corrective actions
- Document quality issues and track remediation actions to ensure follow-through
Data Analysis
- Clean, organize, and maintain seller and product datasets
- Build and manage analytical models, dashboards, and performance reports
- Apply excel/Sheets formulas to evaluate seller performance, conversions, and revenue trends
- Identify outliers or patterns and recommend improvements
Market Analysis
- Monitor industry marketplace trendsprice points, discounts, and promotions
- Conduct competitor benchmarking (e.g., e-wallets, gift cards, game coins)
- Present actionable insights to shape product strategy and promotional campaigns
Issue Detection & Resolution
- Proactively identify product or service issues (e.g., failed delivery, chargebacks)
- Coordinate with CS, tech, and seller to resolve such issues swiftly
- Ensure issues are documented, tracked, and resolved satisfactorily
Product Expansion
- Research emerging and trending digital goods worth adding to the platform
- Engage internal teams or supply partners to onboard these new SKUs
- Track performance of new listings and iterate for optimization
Partnership Approach & Research
- Assess new seller segments or vertical expansion opportunities
- Analyze potential partner profiles, margins, demand, and operational fit
- Develop outreach campaigns and join pitch efforts for onboarding new sellers
What We're Looking For
- Fresh Graduate or with internship experience in business development, marketplace operations, or account management (eCommerce, digital goods, or fintech preferred)
- Preference to those able to communicate and write in Mandarin
- Strong analytical mindset: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers, English; additional languages are a plus
- Detail-oriented with the ability to audit listings and ensure policy compliance
- Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable working cross-functionally across CS, Finance, Product, and Tech teams
