Your Day-to-Day:
- Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients, introducing EasyParcels services
- Understand each customers unique needs and recommend personalized solutions
- Build strong, lasting client relationships through trust and consistent follow-up
- Update and maintain accurate customer information in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to ensure a smooth customer journey
- Conduct regular business reviews to explore upselling and cross-selling opportunities
What Were Looking For:
- 1 years of Sales experience is a bonus (Fresh grads are welcome to apply)!
- A go-getter attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and hunger to succeed
- Excellent communication skills inEnglish, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Customer-first mindset with the ability to understand and address client needs
- Driven, disciplined, and able to work both independently and in a team
