Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Kuala Lumpur. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new investors. Cold calling, setting appointment with clients, and building strong business relationships. Day-to-day tasks may include engaging potential clients, and providing strategic business solutions to support Hive Quarters mission. The role also includes developing and implementing strategies to expand the company's presence in the property management market.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Strong skills in Cold Calling
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Experience within the property management industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
