Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Executive to join our team on-site in Selangor, Malaysia. The role will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and building strong professional relationships. The Business Development Executive will also collaborate with internal resources to develop training that align with client needs and company goals.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong knowledge of Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration
• Proficiency in negotiation and client relationship management
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently
• Relevant experience in the training or consulting industry is a plus
