We are seeking an experienced and results-drivenSales / Business Development Executive with a background in influencer marketing (KOL marketing)to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has experience working with brands or agencies to execute influencer campaigns and understands how to position KOL marketing as a strategic marketing solution for clients.
You will be responsible for identifying new clients, pitching influencer marketing campaigns, and managing relationships with brands and agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities forinfluencer marketing campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships withbrands, marketing teams, and advertising agencies.
- Pitch and presentKOL marketing strategies and campaign conceptsto prospective clients.
- Work closely with the influencer management team to recommend suitable KOLs for client campaigns.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and influencer campaign strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Monitor campaign results and provide performance insights to clients.
- Stay updated with influencer marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry developments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum13 years experience selling influencer marketing / KOL campaigns.
- Experience working withbrands, agencies, or influencer marketing platformsis highly preferred.
- Strong network withinmarketing departments or agency contactsis an advantage.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven with strong closing ability.
- Ability to understand campaign objectives and propose suitable influencer strategies.
