A
growing regional insurance & employee benefits consultancy is looking for a
Business Development Executive to drive new business and manage corporate accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys
winning clients, building relationships, and closing deals, while still being hands-on with proposals and solutions.
Your Mission!
- Work closely with the BD Manager to pitch employee benefits and insurance solutions to corporate clients
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and benefit comparisons for client meetings
- Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, including renewals and ongoing servicing
- Advise clients on coverage structure, pricing, and benefit improvements
- Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding, renewals, and claims reporting
Who You Are:
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development within insurance / employee benefits
- Confident communicator who is comfortable dealing with corporate clients
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- BCCITB certification is a plus!
