We're Hiring!: Business Development Executive! (Insurance)

A growing regional insurance & employee benefits consultancy is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive new business and manage corporate accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys winning clients, building relationships, and closing deals, while still being hands-on with proposals and solutions.

Your Mission!
  • Work closely with the BD Manager to pitch employee benefits and insurance solutions to corporate clients
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and benefit comparisons for client meetings
  • Manage a portfolio of corporate accounts, including renewals and ongoing servicing
  • Advise clients on coverage structure, pricing, and benefit improvements
  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth onboarding, renewals, and claims reporting

Who You Are:
  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales or business development within insurance / employee benefits
  • Confident communicator who is comfortable dealing with corporate clients
  • Target-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • BCCITB certification is a plus!
