We are looking for a Business Development Executive who is energetic, goal-driven, and passionate about helping businesses succeed online.
You will play a key role in generating new business opportunities, pitching digital solutions, and expanding JustSimple's client base.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through networking, outreach, calls, social media, and inbound inquiries.
- Present JustSimple's website, SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing services to potential clients.
- Understand client needs and propose suitable digital solutions that align with their business goals.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads, prospects, and partners.
- Work closely with the marketing and project teams to ensure smooth onboarding and project handover.
- Track sales performance, pipeline updates, and revenue targets.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, competitor offerings, and industry opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12 years experience in sales, business development, or digital marketing (agency experience is a bonus).
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Good understanding of website development, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and digital services (training provided).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable speaking to business owners and decision-makers.
- Fluent in English (Mandarin or Bahasa Malaysia is a plus).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month (depending on experience)
