3-5 years of experience in Business Development and/or Marketing.
Minimum Diploma, or any degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
Required Languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skill (verbal and written).
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, presentation.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Action and solution-oriented mindset.
Independent & self-motivated.
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and generating leads through various channels, such as cold calling and networking
Maintaining a deep understanding of the company&aposs services and effectively communicating our value proposition to potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Presenting and pitching company products or services to potential clients and partners.
Negotiating and closing deals, including contract negotiations and pricing agreements.
Providing regular reports and updates on business development activities, sales pipelines, and revenue forecasts.
Monitoring and evaluating market and industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Conducting market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
Conducting regular performance evaluations, setting goals, and implementing strategies to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the business development function.
