Hamodal provides a comprehensive range of services to its clients, including site identification, layout planning, design, and custom-built construction to meet diverse requirements. The organization is dedicated to delivering tailored solutions for its clients specific and evolving needs.

Job Scope: Business Development Executive

1. New Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Close deals by finding clients to rent office and warehouse spaces.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the property management sector, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
  • Generate and qualify leads through networking, referrals, market research, and cold outreach.
  • Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company's portfolio.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, property owners, and key stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues promptly.

3. Account Management

  • Draft tenancy agreements, including renewals, negotiations, and contract management
  • Monitor and manage client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate billing, payments, and reporting.

4. Collaboration & Teamwork

  • Work closely with the other department to ensure seamless execution of business development initiatives.
  • Provide input and support in the development of marketing materials

5. Industry Knowledge & Continuous Learning

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices, particularly within the real estate and construction sectors.
  • Attend industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to expand professional knowledge and contacts.

6. Travel Requirements

  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, property site visits, and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field.
  • At least 13 years of working experience in business development, leasing, sales, or property management. Experience in commercial, industrial, or residential properties is an added advantage.
  • Proven ability to generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close leasing or rental deals.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of tenancy agreements, renewals, and basic contract terms.
  • Ability to coordinate with internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel for site visits, client meetings, and business development activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using digital tools for reporting, presentations, and client tracking.
  • Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
