About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with strong experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new clients, build long-term relationships, and grow business opportunities within Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development and client management, with strong networking and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the staffing and recruitment domain.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Understand client hiring needs, business challenges, and workforce requirements to provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of services.
- Develop strategies to increase market presence and achieve business growth targets.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and track industry trends to identify potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, presentations, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets as set by management.
- Maintain accurate records of business development activities using CRM tools and provide regular reports.
Key Requirements:
- Malaysia citizen with 3 5 years of proven experience in business development/sales within the staffing or recruitment industry.
- Strong network and knowledge of the Malaysia job market and industries.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to generate new business and close deals.
- Customer-focused with strong relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
