About the Role

The Business Development Executive is responsible for driving company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the development of strategic initiatives. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong market awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects to expand the company's business footprint.

Responsibilities:

1. Research target markets, build lead lists, and run multi-channel outreach (social media / events).

2. Qualify prospects, run discovery, map stakeholders, and maintain a healthy pipeline in CRM.

3. Prepare and deliver proposals, coordinate demos, and support negotiations with Sales/Legal.

4. Hit monthly KPIs: SQLs/opportunities created, pipeline value, win rate, and revenue.

5. Collaborate with marketing on campaigns; collect and relay market and competitor intel.

6. Hand off won deals to delivery/account teams and support early onboarding for smooth go-live.

Requirement:

1. People-oriented and results-driven.

2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business or any related industry.

3. Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team.

4. Fresh graduates are welcome

5. Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.

6. Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
