Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for daily sales administration activities (e.g. quotation, contract, invoice and other documentation processing)
  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure the sales orders are processed accurately within proper timelines;
  • Handle general customers enquiries;
  • Assist the general office administrative duties as assigned
  • Responsible for the preparation of packing list & delivery note and related shipping documents;
  • Coordinate with relevant parties on shipment order and local delivery arrangement;
  • Update and maintain delivery schedules & shipment record in system;
  • Perform any ad hoc projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM, STPM, Diploma or Degree, in any field;
  • 3 years relevant working experience;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, able to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese is preferable as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers;
  • Experience in ISO and familiar with logistics operation will be an advantage;
  • Work independently with minimal supervision;
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Attention to details;
  • Strong PC skills, including MS Office, Microsoft Dynamics AX;
  • Salary depends on experience and qualification;
  • Willing to work in Puchong, Selangor
