About the Role

The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various methods.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through a variety of methods, such as networking, cold calling, and email marketing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including decision-makers at all levels.
  • Understand the needs and pain points of potential clients and tailor solutions to meet their unique requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate deals and close sales.
  • Track and report on sales activity, including pipeline and forecast.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions to clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management or related courses.
  • Experience in business development or sales within the IT outsourcing industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT outsourcing services and trends in the industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with potential clients.
  • Ability to think strategically and identify new business opportunities.
