Job Responsibilities :
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in factory and industrial projects.
Promote and sell ELV systems, ICT solutions, and structured cabling services to clients, consultants, and contractors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, M&E consultants, contractors, and key decision-makers.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with technical and project teams to ensure client requirements are clearly defined and implemented.
Track sales performance against assigned targets and provide regular reports to management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and improve offerings.
Participate in tender submissions, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Support marketing initiatives, trade shows, and networking events to enhance company visibility and branding.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business, Engineering, ICT, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 35 years of sales/business development experience in factory or industrial projects, with proven exposure to ELV, ICT, and structured cabling solutions.
Strong network of contacts in construction, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
Possess own transport and willing to travel.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
