Job Description

Job Responsibility

Reply to customer messages from Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, WeChat and other platforms.
Understand and address customers needs, complaints, queries and requests.
Answer incoming calls from customers (if needed)
Process orders and transactions
Provide after sales service
Collect, analyze and summarize data
Take part in new product development
Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve service delivery

Job Requirements

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Fluent in both Mandarin and English as the role requires liaising in Mandarin and English
Also able to understand Bahasa Malaysia
Candidate must possess at least Diploma or above in any field
