Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and handling walk-in customers.
  • Identify and address customer concerns, complaints, or technical issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including the nature of queries, actions taken, and provided solutions.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and inquire about their overall satisfaction with the product or service.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Manage inventory levels of parts.
  • Quality check repaired units before returning them to customers.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks.

Job Requirements

  • Required language(s): Mandarin
  • Must possess at least SPM (equivalent to O-Level).
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply ; Experience candidate will be added advantage
  • Candidates with no experience but have an interest in this industry are welcome to apply. Training will be provided
