Enhancing Sales Performance

Elevating Visit Planning and Management

We maintain an organized approach to visit planning and customer management:
  • Bi-weekly Visit Planning: Utilizing Salesforce to meticulously plan our visits on a regular basis.
Daily Sales Calls: Consistently conducting sales calls via Salesforce to stay connected with our customers.
  • Thorough Customer Data Management: Keeping our customer information up-to-date through Salesforce.


Cultivating Customer Relationships

  • Professional Relationship Building: Building productive and professional connections with key personnel within our assigned customer accounts.


Customer-Centric Visits: Scheduling and conducting customer visits to deeply understand their needs and provide prompt problem-solving.
  • Engaging Presentations: Creating and delivering informative presentations to showcase our products and services.
Proactive Customer Support: Identifying customer needs and offering effective solutions and support.
  • Responsive Communication: Promptly addressing customer inquiries and following up on their questions.
Proposal Requests: Efficiently responding to customer requests for proposals.

REQUIREMENTS:


Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline

Minimum 1 years of sales experience

Possess a proven track record of sales, market development and able to maintain excellent customer relationships

Strong problem-solving skills

Strong communication skills are helpful for connecting with customer & Strong team player

Time management, prioritization skills

High levels of energy and enthusiasm and positive working attitude

Positive team spirit and a collaborative mindset

Initiative, proactiveness and independence

Flexibility and willingness to work with ambiguity

Ability to work under pressure for meeting sales target.

Willingness to travel across Klang Valley

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM2,
  • 00 - RM4,500.00 per month
