Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in WP. Kuala Lumpur. Responsibilities include identifying and generating leads, fostering new business opportunities, and expanding client relationships. Key tasks include participating in sales meetings, developing proposals, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong communication with clients to understand their needs while delivering tailored solutions. Collaboration with internal teams to meet client objectives is vital.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong skills in Business and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills, including negotiation and interpersonal abilities
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
• Knowledge of the insurance or employee benefits industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
