Business development Executive

[Job Overview]

Will be responsible for generating new leads, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

The role involves coordinating with clients to understand their construction requirements, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The position also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge about the company's offerings and market trends.

[Key Responsibilities]

1. Business Development Support

- Conduct market research and identify potential clients and projects

- Support senior team members in client outreach and relationship development

- Assist in preparing client presentations and meeting materials

2. Tender & Proposal Support

- Assist in the preparation of tender documents, proposals, and cost estimations

- Coordinate with internal departments (design, engineering, procurement) to compile submissions

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of tender documents

3. Client Meetings & Tender Participation

- Attend client meetings, including pre-tender briefings and tender presentations, alongside senior team members

- Take meeting minutes and support follow-up actions

- Provide logistical and presentation support during proposal submissions - Gradually support specific sections of presentations or client discussions when required

4. Project Coordination Support

- Assist in monitoring project progress and reporting updates to clients

- Support issue escalation and coordination between client and internal teams

- Maintain proper documentation of project-related communications

5. Internal Coordination & Reporting

- Prepare internal reports on pipeline, tender status, and client interactions

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables

- Support administrative and operational tasks as required

Business trip and visiting site is required depends on the project.

MUST TO HAVE:

Proficiency in Japanese N2 level

Bachelor of relevant engineering or Architecture, QS, Construction management

Minimum 1 year sales experience in construction industry

Own car
