As we continue to scale, we are looking for a high energy, relationship driven Business Development Executive to join our team and help us empower the Malaysian property community.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with property agents. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding their unique pain points and providing timely, effective solutions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Deliver compelling presentations to prospective property agents, showcasing the benefits of our subscription packages and digital tools, and persuading them to sign up for the platform
- Own your sales funnel. You will be responsible for tracking and prioritizing leads, following up on every opportunity, and maintaining meticulous records of all sales activities within our CRM system
- Stay ahead of the curve. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor industry trends, and keep an eye on the competitive landscape to help us refine our sales strategies
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
- Strong knowledge and experience in Business and Account Management practices
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets
- Prior experience in the real estate or proptech industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
