Job Title: Business Development Executive Tobacco & FMCG

Primary Objective
To drive business development and sales growth for the Tobacco & FMCG portfolio across multiple sales channels in the assigned market.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote the complete range of Tobacco & FMCG products across all sales channels, including e-commerce, in the assigned territory.
- Expand market coverage through aggressive sales promotions within approved budgets.
- Develop business by acquiring new customers and expanding existing accounts.
- Introduce and launch new products across sales channels.
- Monitor credit limits and ensure timely collections as per company policy.
- Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and trends.
- Ensure timely MIS reporting to the reporting authority.
- Drive customer retention and repeat business.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure smooth coordination.
- Coordinate and resolve customer grievances effectively.
Must-Have Requirements
- Proven experience in Tobacco / FMCG / Food Industry sales
- Strong knowledge of the Malaysia / Indonesia / Singapore market
- Experience handling all relevant sales channels, with an existing data bank and customer contacts
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Working knowledge of MS Office
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Tobacco / FMCG / Food Industry
- Age: 2735 years
- Willing to travel extensively for business development
Compensation
- Salary: Up to USD 2,000 per month (all-inclusive)
- Compensation based on experience and last drawn salary
- Candidate must own a car (used for business purposes)
