The RoleAs our Business Development Executive, you will be the bridge between cutting-edge AI technology and the education sector. You will identify growth opportunities, build relationships with school leaders, and drive the adoption of our AI-integrated management suite.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Outreach: Identify and connect with Principals, Directors, and School Owners to introduce the power of mysp.ai.
- Solution Selling: Conduct live demonstrations of our AI features, showing schools exactly how much time and manual labor they can save.
- Relationship Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and long-term account growth.
- Feedback Loop: Work closely with our product team to share insights from the ground, helping us shape the next generation of AI tools for schools.
Requirements- The Drive: 13 years of experience in Sales or Business Development (SaaS or Tech experience is a huge plus).
- Tech-Fluent: You don't need to be a coder, but you must be obsessed with how AI is changing the world and able to explain it simply to others.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Professionalism and the ability to command a room are essential.
- Ownership: You are a self-starter who loves the fast pace of a startup and is motivated by hitting targets.
