🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Executive / Executive, Business Development / Store Expansion (Subway)

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented leasing professional who understands the business beyond just closing deals — someone who can see the bigger picture in site selection, profitability, and long-term value creation.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

 • Manage the end-to-end leasing process for new stores, renewals, and relocations.

 • Identify, evaluate, and secure prime retail spaces that align with Subway’s expansion strategy.

 • Review and negotiate Letters of Offer (LOO) and tenancy agreements.

 • Analyze site feasibility, including SARs papers, P&L projections, and CAPEX calculations.

 • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and rental benchmarking.

 • Liaise with landlords, property managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

 • Prepare reports and presentations for management on leasing performance and pipeline.

📌 Requirements:

 • Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate, retail leasing, or F&B site development.

 • Solid understanding of the leasing process from site sourcing to tenancy handover.

 • Ability to read and analyze SARs papers, Profit & Loss statements, and CAPEX budgets.

 • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

 • Highly organized with attention to detail and strong analytical ability.

 • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

 • Diploma or Degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related fields.
