Job Responsibilities :
- Cultivating solid relationships with major customers/key accounts to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue.
- Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals.
- Conducting in-depth research on competitor's products, pricing and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
- Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made performance evaluations.
- Understanding company products well and promoting to all designer, architect and contractors.
- Proficient in both communication and presentation skills, enabling effective collaboration and successful project delivery.
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of instructional design and possesses a firm grasp of architectural concepts.
- Seeking to establish regular meetings with a Interior Designer, Architect, and ID Consultant for collaborative project discussions and idea exchanges.
- Proficiency in both English and local languages is required for effective communication and seamless interaction with diverse stakeholders.
