What you'll be doing:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Conduct proactive outbound calling to generate new business opportunities
- Schedule appointments with interested prospects and qualify leads
- Proactively network and expand the circle of prospects through various channels
- Attend trade shows, networking events, and conduct prospecting activities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets
Sales Operations & Administration
- Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations for prospects
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, transactions, and progress in CRM system
- Prepare detailed sales performance reports with revenue analysis and realistic forecasting
- Demonstrate capability to drive sales process from initial planning to successful closure
- Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Client Relationship Management
- Re-engage previous prospects to identify current buying intentions and opportunities
- Conduct email outreach and follow-ups with potentially interested prospects
- Maintain proper list of customers engaged and update records in CRM system
- Attend client meetings together with Sales Director to understand customer requirements
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Business Development & Support
- Involve in preparation of tenders and compilation of technical requirements
- Support the sales team in achieving collective revenue goals
- Provide market feedback and intelligence to inform business strategy
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate solution proposals
- Contribute to sales strategy planning and execution
Job Requirements
Experience & Background
- 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutions
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in full sales cycle management from prospecting to closure
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and client relationship management
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Proficient in working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in using CRM systems for sales tracking and pipeline management
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Melayu
- Strong ability to prepare professional quotations and proposals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction
