Job Description

Corporate, Events & Partnerships

The Flow Studio is looking for a Business Development Executive to drive corporate growth, events, and strategic partnerships. This role blends proactive business development, client relationship management, and end-to-end event execution - ensuring every corporate or brand collaboration aligns with The Flow Studio's brand and delivers measurable commercial impact.

What you'll do:

Proactively source, prospect, and qualify new corporate leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships.

Identify, pitch, and develop strategic partnerships that drive revenue, brand visibility, and long-term collaboration opportunities.

Negotiate commercial terms for corporate events, partnerships, sponsorships, and in-kind contributions.

Own the full corporate sales pipeline - from lead generation to proposal, negotiation, conversion, and post-event follow-up.

Respond to incoming corporate and event enquiries, manage RFQs, and follow up persistently to close opportunities.

Conduct site recces for corporate and event bookings, submitting tailored proposals and RFQs within 48 hours post-visit.

Conceptualise and plan corporate events and brand activations, including product launches, corporate retreats, wellness days, and internal or client-facing events.

Coordinate all event logistics: venue styling, equipment rentals, F&B, signage, giveaways, studio schedules, and vendor bookings.

Lead on-site event execution, including setup, guestlist management, team coordination, and client hospitality - ensuring seamless delivery with minimal disruption to studio operations.

Work closely with Marketing and Operations teams to align promotional assets, pricing, scheduling, and delivery.

Maintain accurate records of leads, proposals, bookings, partnerships, and client interactions in CRM or tracking systems.

Track and report on KPIs including lead conversion, revenue generated, event profitability, attendance, engagement, and partnership ROI.

Prepare post-event reporting for presentation to management.

You will be accountable for:

Proactively building and maintaining a healthy corporate and partnerships pipeline.

Meeting monthly and quarterly revenue targets from corporate bookings, events, and collaborations.

Driving repeat business and long-term corporate relationships.

The ideal candidate has:

Experience in business development, corporate sales, partnerships, or events, ideally within wellness, hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands.

Strong commercial instincts with confidence in outreach, pitching, and closing.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and brand partners.

A hands-on, proactive mindset with strong organisation and follow-through.

Attention to detail, conscientiousness, resilience, and a sense of humour.

A passion for delivering elevated client experiences while hitting commercial goals.
