Role Description

Toshi Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time on-site Business Development Specialist to join our team in the Greater Kuala Lumpur area. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and nurturing client relationships. The specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for expanding market reach, handle customer inquiries, and ensure exceptional customer service delivery. A key component of the role is to align closely with our vision of delivering seamless digital communication solutions through strategic partnerships and market insights.

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities & upselling and cross selling & supporting onboarding partners
  • Always being open for new business developments exploration, lead generation and market research.
  •  Actively involved with social media professional work ethics practise.
  • Develop & maintaining long term business relationship with partners.
  • Serving as point of contact for partners.
  • Ensuring partners are well equipped with product information
  • Meet & Exceed sales quota, revenue target and KPI performance
  • Equipped with sound product knowledge & Presentation skills leading towards offering best solutions to market needs
  • Close working relationship with colleagues & bouncing taught with relevant colleagues on marketing app
  • Close monitoring on market trends, constant revisiting SWOT analysis to be relevant in the industry Undertake any ad-hoc tasks or assignments as required by management.

 Qualifications

 

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to assess market trends, evaluate data, and develop growth strategies.
  • Good organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as required.
  • Experience in the Digital Communication or IT sector is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is desirable.
