Role & Responsibilities as Business Development Executive UNIMED SDN BHD
- You will be responsible for day to day in-house business development operation;
- Develop business e-marketing plans in coordination with business development manager to achieve revenue goals.
- To assist in monitoring and coordinating closely with your Manager mainly with supply chain management (from Purchase Order, Production, Payment Collection to Shipment) for local & international operation.
- To work closely with the in-house inventory team to ensure that stocks are sufficient for distribution to customers, ie; Hospitals, Bumi Agents, Clinics & Pharmacies.
- To be constantly in communication with stakeholders especially with the Sales & Marketing Team as well as the Logistic, Warehouse & Distribution team.
- To assist in attending to enquiry/complaints and escalations in reference to product/service and distribution
- To create and/or generate reports for management on issues pertaining to sales review.
- Proven experience in reviewing and negotiating business contracts.
- Work closely with internal departments to gather information and resolve issues affecting sales administration.
- You will be reporting to, Managing Director and Business Development Manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceuticals, Chemistry, Biology, MBBS or a related science field.
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong price negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel if needed.
- Experience working with multinational pharmaceutical companies is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Required to travel and work independently as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Preferably Mandarin Speaking to expand business in China.
