Job Description

Job Objective:

  • Support customers, address enquiries and facilitate transactions to cater to customers needs (process sales orders)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Build relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs and assisting with their queries
  • Manage customer orders and communicate requirements to internal stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Account, Quality Assurance)
  • Update customers of the status of shipments, monitor their credit terms and assist with the collection of payments
  • Receive all customer-supplied items delivered to the plant, and arrange delivery or self-collection of products
  • Plan material schedule for key private label customers
  • Prepare costing, quotations and administrative duties of the Business Development department
  • Verify and endorse purchase orders and process sales orders
  • Analyze customer order history, monitor repeat orders, take actions to understand situation and alert the Business Development Manager on follow-up actions
  • Assist Senior Business Development Executive in managing and developing identity and related marketing collaterals of in-house brands
  • Manage SAP B1 system and update relevant information (product codes, orders) for production and operations
