Role Description
The Business Development Executive will drive B2B corporate sales for Xaltius HRD-approved training programs in Malaysia. This role involves managing the complete sales cycle, building strong corporate relationships, and working with the team to facilitate training requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end B2B sales for HRD-approved corporate training programs
Identify, develop, and close new corporate business opportunities
Guide clients on HRD Corp claim processes and funding benefits
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Maintain CRM records and provide sales reports and forecasts
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth training delivery
Requirements
Must be residing in Malaysia (KL) as this role requires on-site presence
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
Experience in corporate training, HR solutions, or professional services preferred
Understanding of HRD Corp processes is an advantage
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Fluency in English required; Bahasa or Malay is a plus
