Job Description

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth, building relationships with clients, and promoting the company's products or services. This role involves prospecting new clients, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while achieving assigned sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to generate leads.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent after-sales support.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry developments, and sales best practices.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
