Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and business partner.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential candidate.
- Planning Recruitment strategy and hiring a new potential candidate that meet the criteria.
- Collaborate immediate manager and team members.
- Meeting and conduct interview for selection process.
- Conduct training and develop training program suitable to job functions.
- Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of the Job market and business environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or any related field.
