Business Development Expert, Cross-Border Remittance Products

Job Description

• Regional Business Development: Lead business development and iteration in key markets; collaborate with external partner organizations, such as banks, MTOs and aggregators, to develop and build regional C2C cross-border remittance features, to achieve revenue and active customer targets.
• Product Strategy & Competitive Analysis: Gain deep understanding of regional user group; familiar with overseas C2C personal account products; closely monitor market dynamics and competitor activities; develop and execuete clear business capability building plans; collaborate with partners, banks, and internal teams to enhance product competitiveness and user stickiness.
• Market Penetration & Partnership: Identify target audience needs and deploy partnership resources; collaborate with partners to reach target customers through co-marketing campaigns and channel expansion; improve market penetration and product awareness among target segments.

Job Requirement

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree or above; 5+ years of business development experience.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiar with global markets; expertise in cross-border payments/remittance/personal accounts.
• User Insight & Resources: Deep understanding and insight into user needs; candidates with UK/EU regional resources are preferred.
• Personal Attributes: Strong self-motivation and learning ability; excellent collaboration and communication skills; proven track record in executing complex projects.
• Language Skills: Ability to conduct daily work communication in English.
• Ability to converse in Mandarin is a plus
