Job Description

Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Formulate and execute growth strategies at Group, Business Unit, regional, or country levels.
Identify and evaluate complex business opportunities to support financial targets.
Oversee market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and recommend viable opportunities.
Lead pricing and contract negotiations with potential clients; support upselling and renegotiation efforts.
Enhance business development processes and cross-functional collaboration for greater efficiency.
Manage client and customer data systems and develop the business development team's capabilities.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Align team objectives with business goals and lead performance management and capability development.
Promote continuous learning and development in business development practices and corporate values.

Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
At least 8–10 years in relevant industries (sales, marketing, business development).
Must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Strong background in business development within medium to large enterprises.
Experience managing complex, cross-regional projects.
