Business Development General Manager (Healthcare)

• Develop and manage departmental budgets to ensure optimal resource utilization.
• Formulate and execute growth strategies at Group, Business Unit, regional, or country levels.
• Identify and evaluate complex business opportunities to support financial targets.
• Oversee market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and recommend viable opportunities.
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations with potential clients; support upselling and renegotiation efforts.
• Enhance business development processes and cross-functional collaboration for greater efficiency.
• Manage client and customer data systems and develop the business development team's capabilities.
• Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Align team objectives with business goals and lead performance management and capability development.
• Promote continuous learning and development in business development practices and corporate values.

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or equivalent.
• At least 810 years in relevant industries (sales, marketing, business development).
• Must be willing to work inPetaling Jaya, Selangor
• Strong background in business development within medium to large enterprises.
• Experience managing complex, cross-regional projects.
