Job Description

  • Guide Sellers through a carefully designed onboarding program focused on proven strategies to succeed on Shopee
  • Identify high potential and strategic Sellers to grow
  • Support and educate Sellers on best operational and marketing practices
  • Identify products under assigned categories to drive various campaigns, promotions, online marketing, and media as required
  • Analyse data, reports and trends within the business development team

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in any field; experience in the e-commerce industry will be an added advantage. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong analytical skills (experience with Excel analysis necessary)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly
  • Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) to better support and effectively communicate with all Shopee Sellers
  • Self-driven with strong business acumen and interest in accelerating growth
  • Open to flexible arrangements depending on campaign and business needs
