Job Description:
We are looking forAdminInternfor sales departmentwho will beresponsibleinassistingthe manager by performing administrative and entry-level dutiestogain experience.You will beconducting marketresearch, make calls and send emails, update records, attend meetings, and helpmaintainclient relationships, among other tasks.
Roles andResponsibilities:
- Work closely with the managerandcompleting allallocatedtasks
- Sourcepotential customers through networking, coldcalling,and industry research to increasesales
- Communicate withclients and potentialcustomers in person, by phone and by email tounderstand their needs
- Attend andparticipatein meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions
- Updatedocuments and sales records
- Research sales statistics andestablishsales potential with new businesses in target area
- Determinenew ways to make products appealing byobservingthe environment and currenttrends
- Undertake miscellaneous tasksassigned by themanagerfrom time to time
Qualification and Experience:
- Major inBusiness Administration, Business Management, Marketing, Advertising,
Communications, or anyrelated field
Knowledge,Skillsand Abilities:
- InterpersonalSales skills:communication,prospection,presentation,persuasion,negotiation
- Productand servicesKnowledge:products and services trainingprograms.
- Technology knowledge:Basic Microsoft Office tools such as Word,Excel,and PowerPoint
- Soft skills: time management,active listening,empathy, and enthusiasm.
Salary and Benefits:
- Allowance: RM800 RM1,000 per month
