Role Overview

As a Business Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in expanding Lendingpot's network of licensed moneylenders and banks, enhancing our platform's capabilities, and assisting customers through the loan application process. This internship offers hands-on experience in partner acquisition, customer service, and strategic planning within the fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Assistance: Guide customers through their loan applications, ensuring all necessary documents are uploaded accurately.

Customer Qualification: Conduct calls to assess customer eligibility and understand their financial needs.

Tailored Solutions: Offer personalized loan solutions to customers based on their specific requirements.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the team to develop strategies aimed at enhancing platform capabilities and user experience.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
