We are looking for a proactive and motivated Business Development Intern to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our business development efforts by identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships. You will work alongside an innovative, mission-driven team to help shape the future of the climate tech industry.

At Pantas, we're pioneering a new approach to how businesses measure, manage, and report their carbon emissions. As the first PCAF-accredited platform in Asia, we are setting the standard in carbon accounting and providing organizations with the tools they need to decarbonize effectively.

This internship will specifically support Pantas top-of-funnel marketing, assisting in the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities to achieve Pantas growth KPIs. A core part of this will be building and validating a modern, data-driven engine designed to turn social media engagement into measurable revenue opportunities. This includes executing social media experiments, supporting our employee advocacy program, analyzing lead generation funnels, and providing critical data to help build our next AI-powered marketing tool.

• Drive Business Growth: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the climate tech space, contributing to the achievement of growth KPIs for Pantas.
• Conduct Research: Support the development of our product and system outputs by researching relevant market trends, competitors, and industry needs.
• Build and Analyze Lead Funnels: Meticulously track key metricsfrom social media views to booked meetingsin spreadsheets to help analyze funnel effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and provide data-driven insights for future AI automation.
• Client & Partner Engagement: Help build relationships with potential clients, partners, and media outlets to support Pantas business development efforts.
• Marketing Support: Contribute to marketing campaigns and help create content, including newsletters on sustainability topics.
• Event Coordination: Assist with organizing events and conferences.This includes logistics, communication, and ensuring a seamless experience for event participants.
  

• Final-year university students or recent fresh graduates are strongly welcomed.
• Analytical and Detail-Oriented: Ability to analyze datasets and research to derive actionable insights for business growth.
• Adaptability & Experimental Mindset: Comfort with working in a fast-paced environment and the ability to adjust to shifting priorities. You see a manual process as an opportunity to find friction points for future automation.
• Proactive and Independent: Strong ability to take initiative, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Team-Oriented: Eagerness to collaborate and work with cross-functional teams.
• Creative Problem Solver with an Enthusiasm for AI: Ability to think critically and creatively to overcome challenges, with an eagerness to learn and apply AI to improve and automate business processes, turning manual learnings into efficient solutions.
• Strong Communicator: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  

• Previous internship experience, especially in business development or sustainability.
• Additional courses or certifications in business, sustainability, or related fields.
• Leadership experience, such as in co-curricular activities or volunteer roles.
• Any prior knowledge or interest in social media marketing, content creation, carbon emissions or the climate tech industry.
  

• Pathway to a Full-Time Role: This internship is structured with the goal of offering full-time opportunities to high-performing candidates upon completion.
