Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new customers, markets, and product opportunities.
- Assist in executing strategies to penetrate target markets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights for business decisions.
- Attend customer visits and meetings when required.
- Maintain and compile documents in compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Travel as necessary.
