Job Description

Are you passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving business growth We're looking for a proactive Business Development & Key Account Executive to join our team! In this role, you'll focus on supporting sales initiatives, managing key accounts, and exploring new market opportunities all while keeping a pulse on market trends. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new customers, markets, and product opportunities.
  • Assist in executing strategies to penetrate target markets and drive revenue growth.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to provide insights for business decisions.
  • Attend customer visits and meetings when required.
  • Maintain and compile documents in compliance with ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Travel as necessary.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience in sales and customer service preferred. Customer-focused with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to perform statistical analysis and interpret market data.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with office tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, time management, and planning ability.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and work effectively with all levels of management.
