Key Responsibilities

Expand business opportunities in Web3 / Blockchain / Cryptocurrency / Financial Investment sectors.

Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to strengthen brand presence.

Leverage and expand blockchain community, KOL and industry leader networks.

Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with exchanges, wallets, DeFi projects, NFT communities and media platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.

Track business performance, analyze market trends and provide regular reports to management.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Finance, Economics or Blockchain-related field preferred.

Minimum 2 years experience in business development within Web3 / Blockchain / Crypto / Finance sectors.

Strong blockchain industry network and proven success in building partnerships.

Excellent negotiation skills, market insight and project execution capability.

Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
