Job Description:

We are looking for a high-energy, results-oriented Sales Professional to drive revenue & margin growth within Malaysia market. You will be responsible for positioning Lenovo's Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) portfolio—including ThinkSystem servers, ThinkAgile hyperconverged platforms, and high-performance storage solutions—to industry verticals. Your goal is to build deep C-level relationships via calls, email, and F2F meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Prospecting: Identify and penetrate accounts/customers. Develop a robust pipeline by targeting CTOs, IT Heads, and Infrastructure Managers.

• Solution Selling: Consult with clients to understand their digital transformation goals (e.g., core banking upgrades, cloud migration, or AI-ready infrastructure) and pitch tailored Lenovo Enterprise solutions.

• Account Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial lead generation and RFP/RFI responses to technical presentations and final contract negotiation.

• Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with Lenovo's Pre-Sales Engineers and Product Specialists to design complex infrastructure architectures that meet compliance standards and customer requirement.

• Channel Collaboration: Partner with Tier-1 System Integrators (SIs) and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) who have a strong footprint in respective industry verticals.

• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market changes, in Malaysia and World Wide.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: 5–10 years of experience in IT Hardware & Software Sales.

• Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of Data Center hardware (Servers, Storage, Networking) and Hybrid Cloud environments. Knowledge of Lenovo's ThinkSystem or ThinkAgile lines is a significant plus.

• Industry Network: An existing Rolodex of key decision-makers in the industry and market.

• Sales Acumen: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding multi-million-dollar annual sales quotas.

• Communication: Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical specs into business value for C-suite executives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Annual Revenue Target: Achievement of assigned sales quota.

• Pipeline Velocity: Maintaining a healthy 3x–4x pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities.

• Customer Acquisition: Number of new Logo wins by industry vertical.

• Portfolio Mix: Successful sale of high-margin software-defined and services-led solutions alongside hardware.
