- Business Development Manager will be tasked to lead the efforts in driving salary crediting facilities.
- Primary tasks include collaborating with Wholesale, Transaction Banking & SME Banking customers, in addition to acquiring new business to bank customers.
- Required to work very closely with Customer Solutions, Regional Directors, branches and other business owners to support salary crediting sales activities and manage multiple initiatives and channels to ensure programs are aligned and resources are optimized effectively.
- Need to follow through all sales initiatives till execution with branches and other Business Units.
Requirement
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in banking or services related industry.
- Preferably candidates who specialize in Sales- Financial Services or equivalent
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills
