Are you an experienced sales professional in the animal nutrition industry with an established customer network

Manuka Biotech is looking for a results-driven Senior Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to strengthen our presence in Malaysia, with opportunities to expand into international markets.

We specialise in functional fatty-acid solutions for the livestock, poultry and aquaculture industries.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales growth by leveraging established industry relationships and developing new business opportunities.
Manage and expand relationships with feed manufacturers, integrators, farms and distributors.
Identify qualified sales opportunities and convert them into confirmed orders.
Conduct customer visits, product presentations and commercial negotiations.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Explore international business opportunities as the role progresses.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum 3–5 years of proven sales experience in animal nutrition, feed additives, premixes, veterinary products or related industries.
Established professional network within Malaysia's livestock, poultry or animal feed industry.
Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer accounts.
Ability to independently generate leads, manage accounts and close sales.
Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
Self-motivated, commercially driven and willing to travel.
Background in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, Agriculture or related disciplines is an advantage.
