Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager based in Cheras, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, develop strategic partnerships, and oversee key accounts. Responsibilities will include creating and implementing effective business strategies, delivering client presentations, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends to drive revenue growth and brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Strong business development, sales, and client relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in negotiation, strategic planning, and closing deals
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify new opportunities, and create targeted strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in the furniture, design, or luxury goods sector is advantageous
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in both onsite and remote environments
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
