Business Development Manager - Rooftop Solar

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager specializing in Rooftop Solar. Located in Petaling Jaya, the role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales in the rooftop solar sector. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals and reports, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with the technical and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Strong business development and sales skills, including negotiation, relationship management, and client acquisition
• Familiarity with Renewable Energy projects, particularly solar photovoltaic (PV) systems and rooftop solar solutions
• Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and strategic planning
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, with the ability to work independently and meet targets
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field
• Relevant certifications or experience in sustainability, RE policies, or engineering is advantageous
• Experience working within the renewable energy industry or similar fields is a strong plus
