WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Proactively identify and pursue high-potential partnership opportunities across related industries amongst Automotive and Transportation line.
  • Lead the business development lifecycle: from lead generation, pitch, and commercial negotiation through to onboarding and long-term relationship management
  • Manage relationships with existing partners, negotiate and structure commercial deals that deliver mutual value, stronger collaboration and long-term growth
  • Work cross-functionally with Tech, Product, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams to launch and optimize partner-driven insurance solutions
  • Joint execution of go-to-market strategies in collaboration with the partner and marketing team, ensuring successful product launches and measurable commercial impact
  • Monitor partner performance using data-driven insights, continuously optimizing propositions and uncovering opportunities for deeper engagement
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and innovation within the insurance and digital ecosystem

Requirements

  • A driven, ambitious professional with a hunter mindsetyou love closing deals and chasing big wins.
  • 3+ years in business development, partnerships, sales, or client-facing roles, preferably in transportation, automotive, fleet or digital platforms
  • Strong track record of identifying, pitching, and closing commercial partnerships, with experience handling senior stakeholder engagements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and align cross-functional teams to deliver results
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-starter, comfortable operating in a fast-moving and evolving environment
  • Proven track record of acquiring and growing B2B partnerships, with strong deal-making and negotiation skills
  • Excited about leveraging tech to create game-changing solutions in the Malaysian market
