Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Petaling Jaya. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, acquiring new clients, building and maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing and executing business strategies. Additional tasks include negotiating contracts, and presenting solutions to potential clients. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and achieve company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven business development, sales, and negotiation skills
- Experience in business development and strategic planning
- Experience in employee benefits industry is preferred
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the HR tech industry or employee benefits management is a plus
